Consent to Processing of Health Data

Draft as of 2026-10-03. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer and may change. If this translation differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails unless mandatory law of your country says otherwise.

I, the Rezhim user with the email address given at sign-up, freely and explicitly consent to [owner's full name, tax ID, address] (the "controller") processing my health data on the following terms (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR; Art. 9 and Art. 10(2)(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

  1. Data: body measurements (weight, girths and other values I add); well-being scores (energy, mood, sleep, pain and other scales I add); notes on check-ins and exercises that contain health information; my food diary and supplement intake to the extent they reveal health information; the same data sent to the assistant if I turn it on.
  2. Purpose: to show me trends in my measurements and well-being, review my week and answer my questions in the assistant. No advertising, no sale, no disclosure except to the processors below.
  3. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure to processors, erasure — by automated means.
  4. Processors: Supabase, Inc. (database), Vercel Inc. (hosting) and, if I enable the assistant, Anthropic, PBC (assistant answers), including in the USA. Details: Privacy Policy, section 3.
  5. Duration and withdrawal: valid while my account exists. I can withdraw at any time by deleting check-ins, deleting my account in the settings, or writing to [contact email]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
  6. Form: given electronically by ticking a box in the app while signed in. The controller keeps a record of the date, the version of this document and my choice.
  7. I confirm that I am 18 or older, that I have read the Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer, and that I understand the app does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor.
