Rezhim is a diary, not medicine. It helps you record and review supplements, workouts, food, measurements and well-being for self-tracking and habits.
The app is not a medical device and is not intended for the prevention, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment or alleviation of disease (Art. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745; Art. 38 of Russian Federal Law No. 323-FZ). It does not provide medical services.
The assistant is not a doctor. It is a language model and can be wrong, including about calories and portion sizes in photos. It does not diagnose and does not prescribe, change or stop medicines, supplements or doses. Its answers are general information about your routine, not medical advice.
Supplements, nutrition and training. You choose the supplements and amounts in your routine, or copy them from someone else's shared routine; we neither check nor recommend supplements. Calorie and protein targets are rough estimates from general formulas, not a meal plan. Exercise illustrations show general technique; choose loads that feel right for you.
See a doctor before changing your diet, starting supplements or a new training programme — especially if you have a chronic condition, are pregnant, take medication or are under 18. Stop and seek medical help if you have pain, injury, dizziness, shortness of breath, palpitations or other worrying symptoms. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU and Russia, 911 in the USA).
You are responsible for decisions about your health, diet and training. See the Terms of Use, section 7.
