Client Questionnaire Rules
Draft as of 2026-10-03. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer and may change. If this translation differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails unless mandatory law of your country says otherwise.
Questionnaires (/q/<id>) are a separate part of the service: the owner, acting as a consultant, prepares a questionnaire for a specific client and sends a link. The client fills it in without an account. These rules are for that client.
- Controller: [owner's full name, status, tax ID], [contact email]. The questionnaire is used to provide the service you agreed on with the owner.
- Data and purpose: whatever you enter — about you, your business, plans, finances and sometimes other people. Used only to provide the agreed service; never published, sold or used for advertising. Legal basis: contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given by filling in the form.
- Other people's data: if you enter information about other people, you confirm they know and agree, or that you have another lawful basis. Do not enter health or other special-category data unless it is necessary and those people have given explicit written consent.
- Access: anyone with the link can open and edit the questionnaire — do not forward it. The owner sees the answers. Data is stored with Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) — see the Privacy Policy, section 3.
- Retention: until the service is finished and [N months] after that, then deleted; earlier on request unless the law requires longer storage.
- Your rights: access, rectification, copy, erasure, withdrawal of consent — write to [contact email]. We answer within one month. You may complain to your supervisory authority.
